Warranty
Our ethos is to partner with best-in-class suppliers to provide customers with peace of mind when installing our products. This includes our warranty process. We host a bespoke registration service through a 3rd party Jotform, which allows us to pass on the information to our chosen suppliers for their own records and provide a hassle-free registration for the installer or homeowner.
As standard, our domestic 150-300L heat pump cylinders come with a 25-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and a 1-year warranty on all accompanying unvented components. All calorifier units of 400L capacity + come with a 5-year warranty against defects. All installations must be carried out by a G3 qualified heating engineer to the specifications listed in our installation manuals, and to building regulations.
Should you not wish to register via our Jotform, the warranty will remain valid if the benchmark checklist in the installation manual is filled out, and the unit serviced by an approved heating engineer annually.
